THE TOWNSHIPS

The townships of Muskoka Lakes, Lake of Bays and Georgian Bay all feature excellent restaurants at which to stop for a snack, drink or a hearty meal. Port Carling in the Township of Muskoka Lakes is a great spot to dine and watch the boats glide past. Bala is another waterfront community in the Township of Muskoka Lakes where visitors can easily satisfy gastronomic cravings. In the Lake of Bays' communities of Baysville, Dorset and Dwight and Georgian Bay's centres of Big Chute and Honey Harbour visitors can dine in a variety of restaurants or order their food to go and enjoy a picnic nearby.
