Held in early February, the Beaverton Lions' Winter Carnival celebrates the season with heartwarming activities such as a chili cook-off, bake sales, mini-golf, horse-drawn wagon rides, public skating, snow sculpture competitions, a petting zoo, the famous outhouse races and a grand music and dance finale.
